| Description: |
The Town of Sylvan Lake is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide services to desludge two aerated cells, Cells 1 and 3, at the Town’s sewage lagoons. The total expected volume of biosolids/sludge for this project phase is estimated at 12,000 cubic metres (in-situ). Desludging and dewatering work is expected to occur as soon as when the ice cover is off the two treatment cells (April-May 2018). Documents will be available on sylvanlake.bidsandtenders.ca on and after Thursday, January 25, 2018. Proponents can preview the documents free of charge prior to registering, but will be required to register in order to download bid documents for submission. All Bidders shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, which will enable the Bidder to download the Bid Call Document, download Addendums and to receive Addenda/Addendum email notifications. An optional pre-bid site meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 9:30am MST at the Municipal Operations Building located at 1 Industrial Drive. For those planning to inspect the site, PPE including safety footwear and high visibility clothing apparel is required. |
