The project involves construction of 2,678 sq. ft. worth of offices and open workspaces in the lower level of the Town of Sylvan Lake Municipal Government Building. This includes:

  • Two enclosed offices
  • IT staging room for batch processing of hardware and software upgrades
  • A meeting room
  • Two enclosures around existing mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Code compliance measures
  • Furring out of existing concrete perimeter wall
  • Retrofitting and expanding an existing kitchenette area
