The Work consists of, but not limited to:

Cleanup and regrading activities at the former lagoon storage cell 7. 

Scope includes: 

  • Removal and relocation of the existing aerator to an on-site storage area
  • Removal of concrete rubble and debris around the cell perimeter to an on-site stockpile area
  • Sludge within the lagoon will be excavated and relocated to the northwest corner of the site, covered with topsoil, and graded to prepare the area for a future tree farm
  • Construct an earthen berm across the midpoint of the lagoon in controlled lifts with compaction, followed by placement of gravel to establish a vehicle-accessible pathway along the berm top
