It is the intention of the Town to prequalify General Contractors with underground potable water installations by Horizontal Directional Drilling, case bore augering and open cut construction experience. Interested parties must demonstrate proven experience in large-diameter HDPE water main construction using HDD methods, adherence to stringent environmental and safety standards as well as commissioning and testing of potable water systems.
